Top 5 Food Delivery Apps on iOS in Switzerland: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the food delivery sector in Switzerland saw varied performance across the top five iOS apps, as analyzed by Sensor Tower.

Uber Eats: Food & Groceries experienced a steady flow in weekly downloads, starting at around 4.5K and gradually tapering to 2.7K by the end of March. The app maintained a robust user base, with weekly active users peaking at approximately 97K in mid-February, before settling at around 86K.

Too Good To Go: End Food Waste showed an upward trend in downloads, starting at 1.7K and reaching over 3.7K by the end of the quarter. The app’s weekly active users fluctuated, peaking at nearly 147K in late March.

Just-Eat.ch had a more modest download trajectory, beginning at 4.1K and declining to 2.1K. Active users initially surged to around 109K in late January but decreased to about 80K by the end of the quarter.

Vivino: Drink The Right Wine saw a decline in downloads from 1.3K to 472. Its weekly revenue showed variability, starting at $11.6K and ending at $3.6K, while active users decreased from 34.9K to 21.9K.

Glovo: Food Delivery, Takeaway experienced low download numbers, beginning at 1.3K and diminishing to 339. The active user count remained relatively stable, hovering around 4.1K throughout the quarter.
